Stay in Motion

Stay in Motion
Getting physical with physics
To paraphrase and simplify Issac Newton’s first law of motion: An object in motion tends to stay in motion. An object at rest tends to stay at rest.

So how does this apply to your achy muscles and joints?

Movement is good for our bodies
When we are active, blood and lymph flow freely, joint fluids stay viscous, and we tend to stay in motion. Activity is self-perpetuating and the feeling of well-being reinforces our decision to stay active.

When we are sedentary for any time, we feel the effects of our inactivity. Muscles atrophy, joints stiffen, and our mental state becomes less than optimal, many times leading to further inactivity, a downward spiral.

You’re not alone
We’ve all experienced episodes of inactivity. Perhaps after an injury, during an illness or life change, even a bout with depression.

At BotaniFlex, our slogan is “Keep Moving!” The natural formula of Botaniflex cream can help smooth out the transition to being more active. Start slowly, and always consult a medical professional if you have questions or issues.

We encourage you to get in motion as it will create a positive momentum for your body, your spirit, and your mind. After all, it’s the law!
